Tuesday

Tuesday night found us dancing and dining with Clear Country band at the Craft Republic. The turn out on Tuesdays has been growing steadily and can’t wait to see which band will be playing next. We will announce who’s playing next as soon as we hear.

Thursday

Thursday night we saw Backroads playing at an East side country venu and danced to some of our favorite songs. The turn out was amazing and I really enjoyed getting to see all of our friends having fun.

Friday

Friday night was a banger at Bianchi’s Italian at Thornydale and Tangerine. Backroads along with Vince’s amazing Italian menu were both the center of attention. The dance floor was full till the last song played. I couldn’t have been happier to see so many familiar faces and some new ones, that accepted my invitation to see for themselves, what our Country Music family is all about.

Jay Allan was part of the Jayin’ it up Weekend at The Station while Caiden Brewer was next door at Growlers Taphouse. Both were sharing their musical talents to their Continental Ranch fans. Andy Hersey was at Shooter’s Steakhouse.

We heard Boomtown rocked the house at Eddie’s, can’t wait to see them in person!

Saturday

Saturday I made a trip out of town to Roosters Country in Mesa to celebrate Del Scrivner‘s 50th birthday. Del’s birthday bash featured the Jack Bishop band from 8-9. Then we got to hear The Reeves Brothers from Arkansas play till close. As always Jack Bishop Band performed true classic country music to a packed house. The Reeves Brothers were off the hook, young talent that really puts on an amazing show. If given the chance I would highly recommend getting to see the Reeves Brothers. I was pleasantly surprised when Mark Miller showed up after his gig in Saguaro Corners. He made the trip to Phoenix to celebrate with all of us and meet the Reeves Brothers Band. I always look forward to seeing him, he is an amazing young talent as well. This was my first trip to Roosters Country and Cherie was an amazing hostess with a great Venu. Cherie and Roosters Country made Del’s birthday one to remember. Tucson Country Music will be back!

Saturday also found Angel perez playing at Bianchi’s north. The Workingman’s band was at Circle S Saloon, and Jay Faircloth wrapped up the Jay’ed up weekend at The Station.

I heard from Joanne K that “Mark Miller was awesome! and Southern Reins is her favorite band! they play great dance music! we enjoyed our Saturday night Big time!!!”

I always appreciate hearing the positive feedback from these great local talents, keep it up!

Hope everyone has a great week and we’ll see ya’ll on the dance floor!
